Description: Heartland Hospice is sponsoring a monthly Bereavement Support Group -free of charge--for anyone experiencing grief following the death of a loved one. The group meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month, 7 PM at Rockdale Medical Center -- East Tower Classrooms, 1412 Milstead Ave., Conyers, GA 30012. All are welcome.
