Description: Heartland Hospice is sponsoring a Bereavement Support Group -- free of charge -- for anyone experiencing grief following the death of a loved one. This group meets on first and third Thursdays of the month at 7:00 P.M. in the East Tower Classrooms of the Rockdale Medical Center, 1412 Milstead Ave., Conyers, GA 30012. All are welcome.
